Chuck joined AllTrust Networks in September 2008 to head the strategy and finance functions.  He also analyzes the company’s user and transaction databases to improve risk recommendations.

Prior to joining AllTrust Networks, he was a Director of Marketing Analysis at AOL, where he led teams analyzing website performance, effectiveness of acquisition & retention programs, new service development & pricing, and partner marketing deals.

Leslie Connelly

Leslie Connelly is AllTrust’s Director of Marketing.  She has been marketing the check cashing software solution, Paycheck Secure, since 2005; directly managing promotion of the product and associated services since 2008.  Prior to AllTrust she managed marketing communications for Fujitsu Microelectronics, Inc in San Jose, CA. A graduate of the University of Mary Washington, she has been working in the marketing field for over 10 years.

Jon Dorsey

Mr. Dorsey leads the AllTrust Networks organization.  As an original founder of BioPay, he was at the forefront of the financial services industry introducing biometric technology to retail and payments industries.  Mr. Dorsey held leadership positions in product management, business development, operations and sales for BioPay and subsequently Pay By Touch.  He gained experience in electronic check processing while managing check 21 processing, focusing on Money Service Businesses (MSB’s), for iStream Imaging as VP of Business Development.  Mr. Dorsey holds a BA in Political Science and an MBA from the University of Maryland.
